Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits.
- Promote and sell a variety of insurance products to prospective clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Stay informed on industry trends, insurance products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable guidance.
- Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable learning and using computer systems and software

- Property and Casualty insurance license must be obtained
