We are a high-performance Allstate agency based in the Charleston area looking for driven, competitive individuals who want to win.
This is not a typical sales job.
We provide real-time, high-intent leads, elite training, and a system designed to help you close business.

What You’ll Do
- Close inbound insurance opportunities (no cold calling grind)
- Work real-time leads through our proprietary system
- Build and manage relationships with agency customers
- Cross-sell auto, home, renters, and life policies
- Educate clients and position coverage—not just price
- Deliver a strong, professional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
- Sales experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
- Able to handle volume, follow up, and close consistently
- Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life license (if not already licensed)

- Base salary + uncapped commission

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
